Dr. Jennifer M.Chin, O.D.

Dr. Jennifer M. Chin was born and raised in Los Angeles, California.  She received her Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing from the University of Southern California in 2001 and her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Southern California College of Optometry in 2011. 

After working in the advertising industry for several years upon completing her undergraduate studies, Dr. Chin worked as an optometric technician at Kurata EyeCare Center before following in Dr. Kurata’s footsteps of becoming an optometrist. 

Dr. Chin practices full-scope primary care optometry with interests in pediatrics and glaucoma management.  She also serves as the principal investigator and coordinator for numerous contact lens clinical research trials.  Dr. Chin is currently a member of both the American Optometric Association and California Optometric Association.

Away from the office, you can find Dr. Chin spending time with her husband and 2 girls.  She also enjoys trying new restaurants, online shopping, and traveling.
