• If you, a family member, or a member of your household have tested positive or have symptoms of the COVID-19 virus, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment for a later date.
  
• We will be greeting you with a welcoming wave and a smile in lieu of a handshake.

• Doorknobs, counters, frames, pens, and equipment are all disinfected frequently throughout the day.  
  
  
• We are trying to minimize crowding in the waiting areas. We will send your appointment forms via e-mail. We kindly ask that you fill these out at home and bring them to your appointment.
  
  
• We ask that you please arrive 10 minutes early so we can check you in and do some pre-testing. If you arrive later than your scheduled time you may be asked to re-schedule. 
  
  
• Food and drink may not be consumed in the office.
